The funeral basket was beautiful. The online picture was an excellent example. I have seen many floral arrangements but none compared to this. Will not hesitate to use your services in the future. Exceeded my expectations!

The flowers looked fine but they were delivered on the wrong day and the confirmation delivery said they were delivered on the scheduled day. At least they were early and not late. Other than the delivery hiccup, the flowers looked good.

As always Bates Flowers is above all when it comes to quality and customer service. I purchased two dozen of long stem roses and a lantern. The latern is absolutely beautiful! Thank you guys again and I will continue to be a faithful customer forever.
