I ordered flowers for my dear friend who had lost her father and was in Pennsylvania for his funeral. The staff were helpful and pleasant when I called with questions. I then ordered online, and the flowers were delivered and were even prettier than the picture. They were delivered at the time I requested. My friend said they were beautiful, and she appreciated them. Very satisfied customer. DB

The bouquet was arranged professionally and made a beautiful presentation. It really put a smile on my daughter in laws face. Bates Flower Shoppe had to make two trips for delivery as the first trip was not successful in delivery. But they did it and the flowers arrived on the day expected. Bates Flower Shoppe did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use them again.
